I obtained an Accounting degree from Rutgers University and for the last five years I was providing accounting services to small businesses as well as to high net worth individuals, until I arrived at Metropolitan Exposition to support the finance department and became part of this dynamic, well structured, and friendly organization.
My belief as an entrepreneur is that every employee must know and understand the mission and vision of the company they belong to, be in alignment with these objectives, and apply their best judgment when making decision on behalf of the company; not a simple application in real life, but I had identified the practice of this principle in the Metropolitan Family, which makes me feel that this is the right place to work for. For the same, I am all for controlling and reducing cost if possible, identify and eliminate spillovers, which eventually will position the company at a vantage point making it less vulnerable to economic downturns, seen more frequent in these days.
"Seldom quality improve by reducing cost, but often cost can be cut by improving quality" No idea who came out with this phrase, but I find it to be so accurate.
On a personal level I consider myself a very dynamic person and with a wide range of interests, I enjoy the outdoors "very much" anything involving nature and sports especially cycling are my type of things, certainly more a summer person, although winter is great to feed my passion for movies, concerts, and other more cultural oriented activities. To contrast, I am a discipline and goal oriented person who like to plan for the near future and have a clear picture in order to foresee obstacles and find alternative ways to reach the desired result, which shows a great sense of adaptability as well.
I am overall an alternative girl in the full extension of the word.
