As a graduate of Iona College with a degree in Communications, I spent the past five years working for MLB.com as a production coordinator. I made the switch to the trade show industry in September of 2010 and have loved every minute of it. Besides getting the opportunity to work at a wide variety of shows and meet new people, I love the work environment that Metro Expo offers. Coming from a large company with hundreds of employees, it is nice to work with a smaller group of people who really look out for one another and recognize the work you do. I often hear the exhibitors and workers at different convention centers compliment the staff at Metro because of their customer service, great attitude and approachability and I am very happy to be a part of it. In my spare time, I enjoy kickboxing, running outdoors (I'm not marathon ready yet), going to the Jersey shore, hanging out with my great friends and spending time with my very large and amusing family. | |
